Only our Creator can make us new creatures. 1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.Nobody else could call us to God, make us perfect, stablish, strengthen or settle us. Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. Receiving Jesus is a surrender of our weakness and ignorance to His power and wisdom. 1 Peter 4:11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of THE ABILITY WHICH GOD GIVETH; that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
We can only minister because of the abilities which God gives us. He shall have dominion forever. That is a good reason to trust Him and Him alone. To be continued. |
